The subject of this procurement procedure is the award of specialist planning services for the technical equipment of plant groups 1 to 3 (wastewater and gas plants, heating supply plants, air-conditioning plants) in accordance with § 55 HOAI in conjunction with Appendix 15.1 for the performance phases 1 to 3 and 5 to 8. A phased commissioning is intended, but there is no entitlement to further commissioning. The award is subject to the approval or authorization of the competent bodies for the final award decision.
