Poland – Firefighting vehicles – Zakup samochodów strażackich dla OSP z terenu Gminy Ładzice

1. The subject of the contract is the purchase of two light rescue-firefighting vehicles with equipment as part of the task: "Purchase of fire engines for the Volunteer Fire Department in the area of the municipality of Ładzice". 2. Each purchased light rescue-firefighting vehicle with equipment is on a 4x4 drive chassis with a fire service body, DMC 5 500 kg. 3. The vehicles purchased under this contract must be factory new, i.e. unused, undamaged, non-regenerated, unencumbered by the rights of third parties or entities, and come from the legal sales channel of the manufacturer. The chassis of the vehicles must have a certificate of approval in accordance with separate national regulations relating to road traffic law. The devices and components installed in the vehicles should meet the requirements of separate national and/or international regulations. The manufacturer and the vehicles must have: a) Certificate of Approval issued by CNBOP-PIB valid on the day of delivery of the vehicle; b) Extract from the type approval certificate of the chassis; c) Current permit of the manufacturer and the importer of the chassis for the construction. 4. The contract includes the sale and free of charge maintenance, in accordance with the manufacturer's terms, of the vehicles - chassis and body - in the warranty and guarantee period offered by the Contractor, as well as the training of at least 4 persons indicated by the Purchaser at the place and on the day of delivery of the vehicles. 5. The warranty period is described in the SWZ. 6. The Contractor is obliged to deliver at their own expense to the seat of the Purchaser the required documents for the registration of the vehicle. The vehicle must be registered and approved for use in accordance with the applicable legal provisions in this respect. 7. The Purchaser requires the Contractor to conduct training on the operation of the vehicles and their equipment for at least 4 persons indicated by the Purchaser at the place and on the day of delivery of the vehicles. 8. The SWZ specifies the requirements relating to the "Do No Significant Harm" (DNSH) principle. 9. The detailed description of the subject of the contract is contained in Annex No. 4 to the SWZ, including the changes.
