The Municipality of Zwolle wishes to acquire a future-proof care management and declaration system to support the execution of the tasks of the Social District Team. The Municipality opts for a SaaS solution that is as standard as possible, supporting the primary processes of the Social District Team, including request clarification, case management, file management, provision management, message traffic, declaration processing, reporting and management information. The solution must be flexible and adaptable to future developments in legislation, municipal processes and the organisation of the social domain. The estimated maximum contract value is € 7,605,000.00.
