The subject of the contract comprises the service of duty and timetable planning using modern planning software, as well as the associated consulting and provision of statistics and detailed outputs for a period of two and a half years (excl. implementation phase). The contract period begins with the award of the contract, scheduled for 01.10.2026, and ends on 31.12.2029. The complete take-up of the described services (Go-Live) is to be carried out by the small timetable change in 2027, i.e. on 13.06.2027. This means the successful completion of all preparations as well as test runs by the date of delivery of the timetable data by the contracting entity on 01.03.2027. In principle, the following features must be met, among others: - Integrated planning process - Functional data interface to the personnel dispatch system Perdis (INIT) - Functional VDV standard interface to timetable system DIVA3 (Mentz) - Provision of various planning variants and scenarios - Use of an automated optimization tool to ensure efficiency - Parametrizability of tariff and company-internal specifications - Consideration of charging and refuelling times for battery and hydrogen vehicles Further information can be obtained from the tender documents. The contracting authority reserves the right to make changes to the tender documents (changes will be marked accordingly). The details of the procedure are confidential, so the complete tender documents (in particular the service description) are not available via the tender portal. To obtain the service description before being invited to submit a tender, the bidder can submit the signed confidentiality agreement (see form 7 of the participation documents) before the participation deadline via the communication tool (message) of the Electronic Tender Information System "subreport ELViS" to the contracting authority and will then receive the complete service description.
