France – Repair and maintenance services of building installations – MARCHE D’ENTRETIEN ET DE MAINTENANCE DES APPAREILS DE CHAUFFAGE, DE VMC, DE CLIMATISATION, D’EAU CHAUDE, DES ADOUCISSEURS, DES CTA ET VENTILATION DU PARC GENERAL DE LA CCES

This contract aims to define the conditions under which the Contract Holder will carry out the services related to the maintenance and upkeep of heating appliances, mechanical ventilation (VMC), air conditioning, hot water, water softeners, air handling units (CTA) and ventilation systems of the general estate of the CCES. It includes:

– A firm tranche, including services paid on a lump sum basis for preventive maintenance (as well as certain curative parts) and monitoring; services paid on a unit price basis for curative maintenance and meetings; and services based on prior quotes for the supply of spare parts exceeding a certain threshold as part of curative maintenance, as well as for the purchase and/or replacement/renewal of major equipment.

– An optional tranche, including services for outgoing reversibility (lump sum price).
