Poland – Parts, accessories and supplies for computers – Dostawa podzespołów, materiałów oraz akcesoriów informatycznych

This notice concerns the establishment of a Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS), with the following provisions:

1. The subject of the successive orders to be awarded under the DPS will be the supply of IT components, materials, and accessories. Below is an example list:

• Computer components (Internal elements or replaceable parts of computers): processors, RAM, SSD/HDD drives, motherboards, graphics cards, power supplies, cases, cooling (air, liquid), etc.

• Computer accessories (Small devices and add-ons that increase hardware functionality): keyboards, mice, trackballs, webcams, headphones, microphones, stands, pads, holders, docking stations, card readers, USB switches/hubs, CD/DVD/BD recorders, power supplies, chargers, power banks, laptop bags and backpacks, cleaning supplies for IT equipment, etc.

• Data carriers and mass storage accessories (Materials and devices for data storage): USB flash drives, external drives, CD/DVD/BD discs, etc.

• Cabling and passive elements (Everything that is not an active device but is needed for connections): network cables, HDMI/DP/USB cables, patch cords, cable organizers, adapters, etc.

2. The Buyer intends to place 1 large order each year (e.g., 400-600 internal/external drives, 5,000-10,000 CD/DVD/BD discs, 300-500 patch cords, 300-500 keyboards and mice, etc.) and smaller orders throughout each quarter (e.g., 50-100 internal/external drives, 2,000-5,000 CD/DVD/BD discs, 50-200 patch cords, 50-200 keyboards and mice, etc.). The placement of orders will depend on the Buyer's needs and available funds.

3. To confirm that the offered IT equipment meets the Buyer's requirements, the Contractor will be obligated to submit relevant evidentiary means with the offer. The type of documents will be specified each time in the invitation to tender.

4. If the Contractor does not submit the aforementioned evidentiary means or the submitted evidentiary means are incomplete, the Buyer, in accordance with Article 107 of the Pzp Act, will request their submission or completion.

5. The Buyer may request explanations regarding the submitted evidentiary means.

6. The Buyer does not intend to award orders as referred to in Article 214(1)(8) of the Pzp Act.

7. The Buyer does not intend to conduct a local inspection.

8. The execution of the order does not require employment under an employment contract.

9. The Buyer does not require the employment of persons referred to in Article 96(2)(2) of the Pzp Act.

10. The Buyer does not set requirements regarding the possibility of applying for an order exclusively by contractors referred to in Article 94 of the Pzp Act.

11. The Buyer does not make a reservation regarding the Contractor's personal performance of key tasks.

12. The envisaged period of validity of the DPS: until 31.07.2029.
