Award of the concession for the renovation and/or redevelopment of four rest areas; the financing of investments; the operation, maintenance and upkeep of the service equipment and charging facilities for electric vehicles; as well as the operation of ancillary activities, located on the A28 for two twin areas (Bois du Coudroy East and West) as well as on the RN158 for two twin areas (Soulangy East and West), at the risk and expense of the concessionaire.
