1. The subject of the contract is: "Comprehensive maintenance of cleanliness in the rooms and on the premises around the building of the Department of Neophilology, Institute of Romance Philology in Wrocław."

2. The total area to be cleaned is: 1) Internal area: 2 853.68 m2 2) External area: 1 117.00 m2

3. The detailed description of the subject of the contract, such as the scope of daily and cyclic cleaning, cleaning of the premises around and near the building, two-sided window washing, and snow removal, is contained in Annex No. 3 to SWZ – Description of the Subject of the Contract.

4. The detailed scope of obligations for the execution of the subject of the contract as well as the payment terms are indicated in Annex No. 4 to SWZ – Draft Contract Terms.
