The Real Estate and Project Management Company Saxony-Anhalt (IPS) is a wholly-owned company of the State of Saxony-Anhalt and was established on 30.11.2021. The State of Saxony-Anhalt, represented by the IPS Real Estate and Project Management Company Saxony-Anhalt, intends to construct a new building for the Tax Office Staßfurt as a forward-looking administrative building with model character. The aim of the project is to implement an innovative model tax office that meets the requirements of a modern, digital and sustainable state administration and, at the same time, supports the organisational, functional and cultural needs of the user organisation in the long term. As part of this tendering procedure, the project management services for the new construction are to be awarded.
