France – Construction work – Marché de conception réalisation en dialogue compétitif pour la restructuration du Lycée Jean Rostand à Mantes la Jolie (78)

This consultation concerns the design and construction contract for the restructuring of the Lycée Jean Rostand in Mantes la Jolie (78). The contract is a design and construction contract, awarded in accordance with Articles L. 2171-2, L. 2171-7 to L. 2171-8, R. 2171-1 and D. 2171-4 to R. 2171-23 of the Public Procurement Code. It includes:

• design and execution studies;

• restructuring, rehabilitation, and demolition reconstruction work on certain buildings;

• work necessary to bring the establishment into regulatory compliance (accessibility, fire safety, security, energy and environmental performance, etc.);

• the reorganisation and optimisation of educational, administrative, technical and functional spaces, in order to meet the current and future needs of the educational community.

• The installation and management of temporary buildings

• The supply of school furniture and their installation / removal.
