The courts of the canton of Aargau are seeking one or more suppliers to introduce a scan and capture solution. The subject of the tender is the provision, delivery and introduction of a new scan and capture solution, consisting of paper feed and large format scanners, a capture service and a REST interface. The scan and capture solution should enable users of the courts of the canton of Aargau (Higher Court, Special Administrative Court, Court of Enforcement Measures, District Courts [including Family Courts/KESB], Conciliation Authorities and various Commissions) to electronically process the scanning process in a user-centred manner. Important requirements are: high configurability, traceability of data changes, revision safety of documents, extensive evaluation options, use of digital signatures and control of legal retention periods. A user-friendly, barrier-free interface in German is desired, which offers automated processes for intuitive use in a collaborative working environment. For the goal of a consistently digital, media-break-free process with electronic file management in the Justice Case Application (JAA), seamless integration of interfaces is also required.
