Switzerland – IT services: consulting, software development, Internet and support – (25096) 420 Elektronisches Lenksystem Integrationsförderung (ELSI)

The State Secretariat for Migration SEM requires, as part of the present procurement, a standard software as a successor solution for the electronic steering system for integration promotion (ELSI), including: * conception, realisation and operational introduction incl. data migration of a standard software, according to the functional requirements; * software licences for the use of the software during the realisation (2 years) and the planned operational period (10 years) as well as services for maintenance and support. The operation will be ensured by the Federal Office for Information Technology, Systems and Telecommunication BIT. The new standard software to be procured should be installed in the operational infrastructure (On Prem) of the operating entity.
