The subject of the public procurement contract is the provision of electronic communications – mobile voice and data telecommunications services for the statutory city of Opava and its organisations, and further, the services of an operator of fixed telephone lines in a single private network for the statutory city of Opava, in the scope and in accordance with the tender documentation.
