Bulgaria – Public road transport services – „Извършване на обществен превоз на пътници по автобусни линии от общинска, областна и републиканска транспортни схеми със следните обособени позиции"

The subject of the present contract is "Carrying out public passenger transport by bus routes from municipal, regional and national transport schemes, according to timetables" in six separate lots: Lot No. 1: Direction: Teteven - Babintsy – Teteven; Lot No. 2: Direction: Teteven – Glogovo – Teteven; Lot No. 3: Direction: Teteven – Glogovo – Teteven; Lot No. 4: Direction: Teteven – Lovech – Teteven; Lot No. 5: Direction: Ribaritsa - Sofia - Ribaritsa; Lot No. 6: Direction: Teteven - Sofia - Teteven. Pursuant to Article 21, Paragraph 6 of the Public Procurement Act, the contracting authority awards: 1. Lot No. 5 (with a value of 7,500.00 (seven thousand five hundred) euros excluding VAT) in the order valid for its individual estimated value; 2. Lot No. 6 (with a value of 7,000.00 (seven thousand) euros excluding VAT) in the order valid for its individual estimated value. All participants in the implementation of the service for public passenger transport by bus routes from municipal, regional and national transport schemes must comply with the regulatory requirements of national and European legislation for passenger transport. The contract execution period is from the date of receipt of the award letter from the Contractor and is as follows: Lot 1 - 5 years; Lot 2 – 3 years; Lot 3 – 3 years; Lot 4 – 3 years; Lot 5 – 5 years; Lot 6 – 5 years. The overall estimated value of the public procurement contract, as well as the estimated values of the contract for the respective lots, are indicative for the term of the contracts and do not bind the contracting authority. The contracting authority is not obligated to spend the entire overall estimated value of the contract, as well as the indicated estimated values for the respective lots, which may be exceeded. The value of the contract for each lot is equal to the estimated value of the lot. IMPORTANT! The contracting authority sets the following MAXIMUM TICKET AND CARD PRICES by lots and directions: Lot No. 1: Direction: Teteven - Babintsy – Teteven - Maximum ticket price: 1.40 euros excluding VAT, Maximum monthly card price: 20.61 euros excluding VAT; Lot No. 2: Direction: Teteven – Glogovo – Teteven - Maximum ticket price: 1.90 euros excluding VAT, Maximum monthly card price: 32.77 euros excluding VAT; Lot No. 3: Direction: Teteven – Glogovo – Teteven - Maximum ticket price: 1.90 euros excluding VAT, Maximum monthly card price: 55.00 euros excluding VAT; Lot No. 4: Direction: Teteven – Lovech – Teteven - Maximum ticket price: 3.70 euros excluding VAT, Cards are not issued for this direction. Offers containing proposed prices that are higher than the above-mentioned maximum ticket and card prices will be rejected.
