The subject of the contract is the purchase and delivery of a selected range of desktop computers, projectors and switches, further specified in the specification, which is an annex to these tender documents, in the scope indicated in part D of the tender documents. The subject public procurement takes into account the requirements of socially responsible public procurement (hereinafter also SZVO). - The green aspect is taken into account and therefore this procurement is a green public procurement, which is further specified in the Methodical Document of the managing authority for the Programme Slovakia Annex No. 7 - "Conditions for ensuring compliance of the project with the principle of 'not causing significant harm' to the call PSK-MIRRI-001-2023-DV-FST in the wording of AMENDMENT No. 4", i.e. it is aimed at services with a low environmental impact during the performance of the subject of the contract. The contracting authority has incorporated this aspect into the description of the subject of the contract and into Annex No. 2 SP: Purchase Contract, specifically in points 6.1, 8.6 and 8.7.
