Netherlands – Supply services of personnel including temporary staff – EA Inhuur Data- & AI-Professionals

The contract concerns a European tender for the rental of data and AI professionals for the DIA department. The deployment of external professionals is essential to achieve NS's data-driven ambitions and requires sustainable cooperation, flexibility and high-quality service. The requested roles, associated tasks, seniority levels and competencies are further detailed in Annex – Job Profiles. The tender is aimed at concluding framework agreements with three suppliers. The goal is to build long-term cooperative relationships, where suppliers not only provide capacity but also actively contribute to knowledge development, innovation and community building at DIA. The scope of the contract includes:

• Rental of data and AI professionals in, among others, the following roles: Data Engineers, BI Specialists, Data/Analytics Translators, Machine Learning Engineers, Data Scientists and Data Platform/Software Engineers. See Annex – Job Profiles for further clarification of the roles and tasks.

• Collaboration in the field of knowledge sharing, training and development paths (e.g. via communities, junior programmes and guilds).
