Germany – Communication land-line rental – Betrieb von Gigabit-Netzen in Alpirsbach und Loßburg

The subject of this tender is the leasing of a passive fibre optic network to a service provider, who, as a contractor (AN), ensures network operation through a service concession and provides telecommunications services in accordance with TKG § 3, point 61, also as a bundled offer to private and commercial end customers for a fair remuneration. Furthermore, the AN is responsible, among other things, for offering both active and passive pre-service products to applicants, taking into account the “Information on Pre-service Prices for Government-Supported Broadband Networks (as of 31.03.2026)” (see Annex Information-zu-Vorleistungspreisen).
