The subject of the contract is the delivery of notifications and summons of the Agreements and Resolutions of the Child and Adolescent Protection Commission of the Community of Madrid, in which a guardianship measure is assumed, of the Resolutions of the members of the Child and Adolescent Protection Commission, as well as the delivery and notification of Agreements, Resolutions and other communications and administrative acts in the field of protection of minors of the Community of Madrid that, due to their nature and content, must be notified immediately. Furthermore, the subject of this contract is the transfer of minors and their personal care during the journey within the territorial scope of the Community of Madrid, when necessary for the material execution of the aforementioned Agreements and Resolutions in the field of minors' protection or in execution of decisions of the Child and Adolescent Protection Commission of the Community of Madrid.
