BanedanmarkDenmarkPublished on Mar 24, 2026
No deadline given

Description

Banedanmark currently has custom applications used, among other things, to process traffic information for screens and loudspeakers on platforms, as well as to manage railway operations including timetables, track closures, speed reductions, etc. These applications require ongoing support and maintenance. Furthermore, there will be a need for further development of the applications, which is why the purpose of the contract is to ensure ongoing maintenance and support of the applications, as well as further development of the applications, should this become necessary. Prior to these services, a transition will take place, which, among other things, involves the future supplier establishing a maintenance and development environment, so that the supplier is able to perform maintenance and development tasks on the applications. The tender includes the following applications: ENKS-2, ENK, TIBLA, Pbase, Tetris Frontend, Tetris Backend, Togstatus, GSM-R API, Togleder, NOBI, Pico, MitTog, FOS Info Dashboard, Målstyring, Punctuality Interface, AI-prognosemodul, GIS-modul til Togstatus, Stamdata editor Logningsmodul and Overwatch. There will be an opportunity to include additional services in the contract, as well as remove applications from the contract, during the contract period. The contract includes the following services:

a) Transition:

- The supplier shall establish a maintenance and development environment, so that the supplier is able to perform maintenance and development tasks on the applications from the completion of the transition.

- The supplier shall provide qualified personnel during the transition.

- The supplier shall install a copy of the applications in a maintenance and development environment.

- The transition shall be completed no later than 100 working days after Banedanmark has delivered all existing documentation and software, and granted the supplier access to Banedanmark's network.

b) Maintenance and support:

- Administration of maintenance including meeting participation and reporting.

- Onboarding and training of new employees at the supplier.

- Support for the applications within normal working hours. Support includes simple questions about the applications via email or telephone from Banedanmark and Banedanmark's subcontractors.

- Maintaining readiness for maintenance including troubleshooting, where Banedanmark can call on the supplier with regard to service targets, if operational disturbances and/or need for troubleshooting occur. Work resulting from such calls is remunerated with a separate allowance.

- Providing recommendations for prevention and minimization of the possibility of errors as well as improvement of the functionality of the applications.

- Updating documentation when the above activities necessitate this.

c) Order services:

- Banedanmark can order order services from the supplier – also known as "independent tasks" – from the signing of the contract.

- The order services will primarily consist of development and further development tasks of the applications, and there will be an opportunity to order a transition in of a new application.

- The procedure for order services is that Banedanmark completes an order form, whereupon the supplier, based on this, submits a solution proposal, incl. an estimate of hours and economy for the task. It has been taken into account that the ordering of independent tasks must be able to be accommodated within the fixed budget for the tender.
