The objective of the procurement is to enter into a contract for consultancy services to ensure that Nkom's project new emergency network will be implemented in accordance with the government ́s project model. To ensure that the preparation of SSD occurs in accordance with the guidelines and frameworks for the government ́s project model as well as within a fixed deadline, with sufficient quality and that the project has necessary goal achievement, Nkom ́s management needs consultancy services that can be a independent control and support function in the process of preparing SSD.
