The subject of the contract is the supply of a total of 4 brand new fire trucks (including: 3 heavy rescue and fire-fighting vehicles and 1 tractor unit with a water tank trailer for water transport) according to the terms described in the specification of the contract conditions (hereinafter referred to as "swz"). The vehicles are marked as fire brigade vehicles, equipped with priority signalling and having equipment that has been specified in the tender documentation and that the contractor must install in the vehicle. 2. The contract is divided into 4 parts, of which: part 1 covers the supply of 1 heavy rescue and fire-fighting vehicle intended for KMPSP in Szczecin, part 2 covers the supply of 1 heavy rescue and fire-fighting vehicle intended for KMPSP in Świnoujście, part 3 covers the supply of 1 heavy rescue and fire-fighting vehicle intended for KPPSP in Sławno, part 4 covers the supply of 1 tractor unit with a water tank trailer for water transport intended for KMPSP in Szczecin. The contractor may submit an offer for any number of parts of the contract. 3. A detailed description of the subject of the contract can be found in: 1) Annex 1A to swz for part 1 of the procedure (internal procedure identifier WL.2370.7.1.2026), 2) Annex 1B to swz for part 2 of the procedure (internal procedure identifier WL.2370.7.2.2026), 3) Annex 1C to swz for part 3 of the procedure (internal procedure identifier WL.2370.7.3.2026), 4) Annex 1D to swz for part 4 of the procedure (internal procedure identifier WL.2370.7.4.2026). 4. The delivery and implementation conditions of the contract are specified in the contract template - Annex 2 to swz (respectively for parts 1/2/3 and part 4).
