Provision of the specialized engineering and consultancy services that enable the definition of the Design and Operation Manual for the hydrogen transport infrastructure being developed by Enagás, including the definition of the design and execution criteria for the installations, the description of the operational philosophy, the identification and evaluation of the different operating modes, the monitoring and control requirements for the infrastructure, and the establishment of a conceptual maintenance and inspection model that includes the definition of the criteria and requirements that ensure, in an efficient manner, the integrity, maximum reliability and safe operation of the infrastructure throughout its entire life cycle.
