Czechia – Facilities management services – Zajištění správy nemovitosti MPSV Terezy Novákové 62a, Brno Řečkovice (2026–2030)

The subject of the contract is the management of the premises of the building at MPSV Tereza Novákové 62 and the maintenance of the surrounding environment of the building – garden, communications. The subject of the contract is divided into lump-sum services, which the contracting authority will pay to the supplier monthly, and further services, which the contracting authority will pay to the supplier according to their actual consumption. Lump-sum activities: • management of the registry office, building and porter's lodge, • ecological cleaning (investigation rooms, offices, common areas, kitchens, social facilities, archives), including the replenishment of hygienic consumables such as toilet paper, hygiene bags, liquid soap, etc. (the material will be purchased within the framework of the sectoral DNS), • boiler maintenance, • ensuring winter maintenance. As needed, the following services: - special services: cleaning of communications, maintenance of communications, maintenance of greenery and inspection and management of the building, winter maintenance, - other services: activities related to the management, maintenance and operation of the building, - extraordinary activities: in case of an accident. The building houses a school and kindergarten and a social services centre. The supplier will not provide building management services in these premises.
