Germany – Repair and maintenance services of security and defence materials – BG_1664_EU/26 - Werksinstandsetzung von Energieverteiler Fa des Systems GTK

The contract involves the maintenance of the energy distribution system GTK. Bidders must take into account when submitting their tenders that the information on the respective lots is derived from historical values and includes any additional requirements (safety margin) that may arise. The actual orders placed during the contract period may deviate in terms of the quantities required in a lot for the respective supply numbers. The upper limit for each order is in any case the total quantity summarized in the relevant lot (estimated requirement + safety margin). This contract does not oblige the contracting authority to place individual orders. The contract period begins with the award of the contract and ends on 31.12.2029. Furthermore, the contracting authority reserves the right to optionally extend the framework agreement until 31.12.2032. If the existing contract between HIL GmbH and the Bundeswehr ends for any legal reason, the framework agreement can be terminated by a special termination right.
