Finland – Architectural, construction, engineering and inspection services – Tietomallikoordinointi, rakennusten inventointimittaus sekä -mallinnus ja visualisointipalvelut

The City of Vaasa / Talotoimi -liikelaitos invites tenders for building project information model coordination, building project inventory measurement and modelling services, and building project visualisation services. The scope of the framework agreement includes the coordination of information models, inventory measurements and modelling services, and visualisation services for major renovation and new construction projects directed at public buildings owned by the City of Vaasa and managed by Talotoimi -liikelaitos (e.g., educational and training buildings, cultural, sports and youth services buildings, and office and commercial buildings). Up to three (3) contract partners will be selected for each sub-area in order of priority. The description of the tasks and activities during the contract period is described in Appendices 1-3 of the tender documents. The contract period is three (3) years. The contract period begins on the date of signature of the contract and ends three years after the date of signature of the contract. The contracting authority reserves the right to extend the contract by one (1) option year following the end of the initial contract period. The use of the option year will be notified at the latest three months before the end of the initial contract period.
