The existing elevated tank Fullberg, dating from 1962, exhibits significant structural, static, and technical deficiencies. According to the investigation carried out by the engineering office Fritz Planung GmbH, it was found that the renovation of the existing structure would only be possible with very high technical and economic effort. The engineering office therefore explicitly recommends the replacement of an elevated tank at an alternative location. During the variant examination, various construction forms were considered. Based on the variant examination, the execution of a conventional underground reinforced concrete tank at an alternative location is planned. The costs for the execution as an underground reinforced concrete tank amount to the following according to the rough cost estimate: KGR 300: 3.1 million € net KGR 400: 0.6 million € net The planning task is to realize the new elevated tank as a general planning. Dates - preliminary - Planning: 1/2027 to 09/2027 - Execution: 04/2028 to 10/2030 The subject of the tendering procedure is the general planning for the new construction of the elevated tank in Fullberg. In accordance with the HOAI, the following planning areas will be part of the requested general planning: - Structural design, assignment HZ III - Civil engineering structures, assignment HZ III - Technical equipment, plant group 4, 7.2 and 8, assignment HZ II (the billable costs of all plant groups will be determined together) - Design and construction surveying (remuneration lump sum) - Geotechnical investigation and site investigation report The performance phase 9 should be remunerated in all planning areas, except for structural design, as a special service according to hourly effort. If necessary, the detection of defects and the supervision of the rectification of defects is expected, which will be remunerated on the basis of time recording. The client initially transfers only the performance phases 1 to 3 to the contractor. The client intends to transfer the further performance phases in their entirety to the contractor. The transfer will be made by written notification. After reaching performance phase 3, a further order is planned in all planning areas. The client is free in his decision on a further order; there is no entitlement to the transfer of further performance phases. Special services: - Local construction supervision and checking of additional work (civil engineering structures) - Proof of earthquake protection (LPH 4 area of structural design) - Engineering control of the execution of the structure (LPH 8 area of structural design)
