Procurement for framework agreement covering ongoing fault rectification and planned ventilation works, OVK inspections and technical auditing. Two suppliers, ranked 1 for different parts of the property portfolio, are assumed for ongoing works and fixed/annual assignments. A number of suppliers will be assumed for framework agreements regarding participation in renewed competitive tendering (FKU), i.e. for larger planned works. See further the procurement documents.
