Germany – Pharmaceutical products – Open-House-Rabattverträge 2025-02

The statutory health insurers (whether HEK and/or hkk participate in the respective lot is determined by the designation of the respective lot) aim to conclude discount contracts pursuant to Section 130a (8) SGB V with all suitable pharmaceutical companies for the active ingredients, active ingredient combinations, dosage forms, strengths or finished medicinal products specified in the respective lot. The medicinal products subject to the contract are - unless the contract provides for exceptions - always all interchangeable finished medicinal products of the contracting partner according to the framework agreement on the supply of medicinal products pursuant to Section 129 (2) SGB V. The contract is concluded within the framework of the open-house procedure: Individual negotiations on contract terms are not conducted, uniform conditions apply. The statutory health insurers do not guarantee any exclusivity to individual contracting partners. The contract period is a maximum of 24 months, starting at the earliest on 01.04.2025 (any deviations in start times result from the information provided for the corresponding lot). The contract ends at the latest on 31.03.2027 (any exceptions result from the information provided for the corresponding lot), regardless of the date of conclusion of the contract. Joining this open-house procedure is possible at any time during the contract period. All further information can be found in the participation and contract documents.
