Germany – Building completion work – Brainergy Park Energie GmbH wg. Innenausbau Energiezentrale

On the site of the former transmission plant on the outskirts of Jülich and in the immediate vicinity of the FH Aachen campus, a science park and innovative commercial area with approximately 52 ha is currently being developed (hereinafter: "Brainergy Park Jülich"). The AG is responsible for supplying the properties in the Brainergy Park with heat. The buildings are to be supplied with heat through a nearly CO₂-neutral district heating system. This water-filled LowEx network is operated from a central energy centre, which provides cooling in the summer and heat in the winter. The heat is provided decentrally by heat pump systems housed in containers. As part of the expansion of the heat network, a new energy centre is being built in timber construction on the property of Brainergy Park Energie GmbH in Brainergy Park in Jülich. The new building is divided into a hall and a 3-storey structure. On the ground floor, there is low voltage with sub-distribution, storage, telecommunications, a household room with heating, and access to the office area on the 1st and 2nd floors with 14 workplaces, a meeting room, a tea kitchen, loggias and sanitary facilities. The subject of this procurement procedure is: - the production of drywall walls as interior walls and installation walls including door openings - production of suspended ceilings as grid ceilings - production of wall claddings - wall cladding with interior plaster as clay plaster - painting work on interior walls - protective measures for all non-built-up surfaces.
