Switzerland – Agricultural, forestry, horticultural, aquacultural and apicultural services – Kartierung Grundlagen KSO-N

The municipal inventory of nature and landscape protection objects (KSO) of the City of Zurich was established in 1990 and has not been systematically revised since then. Given the ongoing development of the urban area, there is a need to update, verify and, if necessary, expand the inventory. The City Council has adopted the specialist planning for urban nature with resolution No. 2278/2024 of 11 July 2024 and thus decided to revise the nature conservation inventory (KSO-N). The Nature Conservation Department of Grün Stadt Zürich has been commissioned to carry out the revision of the nature conservation inventory and to have the revised inventory approved by the City Council. To support this, Grün Stadt Zürich is seeking external offices to work out the basis for this. The revision will be divided into five lots based on the various types of objects.
