Netherlands – Provision of language courses – Inburgering: Onderwijsroute mbo, hbo en wo

The 14 Twente municipalities wish to award a contract for the supply and execution of the Educational Route (language transition trajectory). This concerns the language component (reading, writing, speaking and listening) and the implementation of components that are part of the language transition trajectory, such as Knowledge of Dutch Society (KNM), study career guidance and, where necessary, the provision of remedial components that contribute to successful transition to further education. The municipality of Enschede is acting as the lead authority for the following municipalities: Almelo, Borne, Dinkelland, Haaksbergen, Hellendoorn, Hengelo, Hof van Twente, Losser, Oldenzaal, Rijssen-Holten, Tubbergen, Twenterand and Wierden. A separate contract will be concluded for each participating municipality. The contract is divided into two lots. The contracting authority intends to award the contract per lot to one party: Lot 1 - mbo: the contracting authority will award this lot to one party. Lot 2 - hbo/wo: the contracting authority will award this lot to one party.
