The Prison and Probation Service is in an expansion phase to meet the increased need for new prison places. As part of the expansion, Anstalten Skogome will increase the number of places from approximately 200 to 800. This contract involves the new construction of 2 residential buildings, By 034 and By 035 for inmates, as well as the associated environmental station buildings By 041 and By 042. By 034: Basement below ground level with three residential floors above ground level and a cold attic. Reinforced concrete ground slab, cast-in-place basement walls. Outer and inner walls and ceiling of prefabricated concrete elements. Roof of sheet-covered raw plywood. BTA 4765 m². By 035: Basement below ground level with three residential floors above ground level and a cold attic. Reinforced concrete ground slab, cast-in-place basement walls.
