1. The subject of the contract is the supply of thrombolytic drugs and intravenous normal human immunoglobulin for the Specialist Municipal Hospital named after M. Kopernika in Torun. 2. The detailed description of the subject of the contract is contained in Annex 1 to the SWZ, which also serves as the assortment-price form. The offered medicinal products must have a marketing authorisation valid in the territory of the Republic of Poland or a marketing authorisation issued by the European Commission.
