France – Building-inspection services – Contrôles réglementaires des installations électriques des bâtiments de la Ville de Lyon et du CCAS de Lyon

This concerns framework agreements executed by purchase orders and by the conclusion of subsequent contracts for regulatory checks on electrical installations. The services cover:

- initial and periodic checks or checks following a formal notice under the protection of workers (provisions of articles EL19, EC15, PE, PO and PX of the decree of 25 June 1980 modified relating to the safety regulations against the risks of fire and panic in ERP), for buildings classified as ERP from the 1st to the 5th category,

- periodic Q18 checks of electrical installations with the provision of a Q18 certificate listing the potential risks of the installations,

- periodic Q19 checks of electrical installations by infrared thermography with the provision of a Q19 certificate listing the detected anomalies.
