Romania – Ophthalmology equipment – Materiale Sanitare 1 - 2026

The subject of the contract is the supply of sanitary materials, in accordance with the terms of reference, through the award of a framework agreement with a duration of 48 months. This will be awarded to the first three economic operators ranked in positions 1, 2 and 3, whose admissible tenders have obtained the highest scores based on the award criterion mentioned in section II.2.5 of the tender dossier. The number of days within which clarifications can be requested before the deadline for submission of tenders/applications is 20 days. The contracting authority will respond to requests for clarification/information, which have been addressed within the period provided for in the invitation to tender, on the 11th day before the deadline for submission of tenders.
