The subject of the contract is the purchase and delivery of food to the Procuring Entity's food warehouse, located at ul. Wodociągowej 4, 45-221 Opole. The contract has been divided into 9 lots: Lot 1: Delivery of vegetables and fruits Lot 2: Delivery of citrus fruits Lot 3: Delivery of pork and beef Lot 4: Delivery of poultry and poultry products Lot 5: Delivery of dairy products Lot 6: Delivery of bakery products Lot 7: Delivery of eggs Lot 8: Delivery of various food items Lot 9: Delivery of frozen products The detailed description of the subject of the contract, including the requirements for individual products and their estimated quantities, is set out in the Product and Price Form, which is Annex 1A to the SWZ.
