Netherlands – Building installation work – UvA FNWI Renovatie ASP904 installaties

The University of Amsterdam (UvA) intends to renovate the office floors of the Science Park 904 building. This building is part of the Faculty of Science (FNWI). Through this European procurement, the UvA aims to award the following two contracts: + Lot 4: Renovation of mechanical engineering installations for approximately 12,900 m2 of office space. + Lot 5: Renovation of electrical installations for approximately 12,900 m2 of office space. The total renovation will take place in six project phases over a period of approximately 24 months, while the rest of the building remains in operation.
