Poland – Refuse and waste related services – Zagospodarowanie odpadów komunalnych pochodzących z terenu gminy Żnin

The subject of the contract is a comprehensive service for the management of municipal waste generated within the local waste management system organised by the Municipality of Żnin, to the extent that the Municipality of Żnin has jurisdiction over the indicated category of waste, the types and estimated quantities of which have been indicated in Section III of the Subject of the Contract, which is Annex No. 1 to this SWZ, hereinafter referred to as: "OPZ". The comprehensive service for the management of municipal waste will consist of successively: 1) accepting municipal waste collected directly from property owners (in the "at source" system), the types of which have been indicated in Section III, paragraph 3 of the OPZ, at the indicated and provided by the Contractor place/ places for accepting municipal waste from the municipal waste collection operator, in a manner consistent with the law and the requirements resulting from the contract documents, 2) processing the accepted municipal waste in recovery (R) and/or disposal (D) processes, at the indicated and provided by the Contractor place for processing municipal waste, in a manner consistent with the law and the requirements resulting from the contract documents, 3) fulfilling reporting-informational obligations, 4) fulfilling obligations guaranteeing the Contracting Authority the possibilities of exercising control-verification rights, 5) fulfilling services and obligations related to the services expressed above in points 1) – 4) - hereinafter referred to as the "municipal waste management service". 2. The subject of the contract has been described in: 1) the Subject of the Contract being Annex No. 1 to the SWZ, hereinafter: "OPZ", 2) the Draft Contract Terms being Annex No. 2 to the SWZ, hereinafter: "DCT", 3) the Tender Form being Annex No. 3 to the SWZ, hereinafter: "tender form".
