The subject of the public contract is the processing of project documentation, supply and subsequent implementation of the work entitled „9856- Replacement of failed boric acid pumps 2. HVB, system TB1 (type 3CHG-6K-14-2, CG-50/50K-15-1)“ at Dukovany NPP in the form of a higher completed supply set of machinery and equipment and the performance of all necessarily caused and required modifications on the affected devices, structures and systems. As part of the implementation of JMA 9856, the Supplier will replace the failed feed pumps of boric acid solution 3,4TB20,40,60D01 of type 3CHG-6K-14-2 and type CG-50/50K-15-1 at selected locations. This involves a total of 6 pumps. Pumps in a non-clogging design (with magnetic coupling) and with a separate motor, air-cooled are required. The replacement includes the modification of the connecting suction and discharge pipelines, the connecting recirculation and drainage pipelines and the modification of the mounting of the new pump according to the newly selected assembly. The manufacturer will modify the supporting steel structures to the extent necessary for the installation of the new pumps and the modification of the existing concrete foundation. Furthermore, the replacement of the cable harness from the transition cabinets to the drive and the elimination of the separate closed cooling circuit of the pumps will take place. The precise definition of the Subject of the Public Contract and other requirements for its implementation, including information, conditions, specifications and other data, are detailed in Section 3 and 4 of the Tender Documentation.
