Slovakia – Computer support and consultancy services – HW maintenance pre IS GP SR

The subject of the contract is the provision of HW maintenance services for the period until 30.11.2027 in the following scope: - ensuring the delivery of original spare parts to the contracting authority or a third party appointed by it (supplier SLA for IS GP SR), - in the event of the inability to repair a given component or part thereof, ensuring the delivery of a complete new device, - providing updates, security patches, firmware, new driver versions and software components of hardware components (part of the maintenance price) to the contracting authority or a third party appointed by it, - ensuring the required response times for providing HW maintenance services in the next working day delivery mode after an incident is reported, - providing a summary information to the contracting authority or a third party appointed by it on the release of new driver versions, firmware or security patches from the manufacturers of the individual supported components at least once per quarter, no later than 10 working days after the end of the previous quarter, - telephone or email support Helpdesk (including ESSP), including the possibility of escalating incident resolution to the manufacturer.
