Sweden – Video-conferencing equipment – AV-Produkter och kringtjänster

The procurement concerns a framework agreement for the provision of specialist expertise in audiovisual (AV) solutions and includes services for planning, design, installation, configuration, commissioning, service and technical support of FRA's AV environments. The supplier shall provide technical expertise for the implementation of both minor service tasks and major installation and modification works. Tasks may include, but are not limited to:

- design and technical design of AV solutions,

- project management and technical coordination of AV-related tasks,

- installation and assembly of AV equipment,

- configuration, programming and commissioning of AV systems,

- integration between different AV components and adjacent technical systems,

- fault detection, troubleshooting and restoration of function,

- preventive and corrective maintenance,

- technical advice and support for changes or new installations,

- technical support to the purchaser and, if necessary, training and handover of installed solutions,

- provision of products and materials, disposal of material, waste, and old hardware in areas designated by FRA.

Tasks may relate to, for example, meeting rooms, conference rooms, training facilities, control rooms and other operational facilities where AV equipment is used.

Procurement will be based on the actual need for specialist expertise in AV during the contract period. The purchaser guarantees no volumes. The supplier shall provide expertise for both ongoing service, technical support and fault detection as well as design, project management, installation, assembly, configuration, programming, commissioning and technical coordination of AV solutions.
