France – Maintenance of information technology software – TMA SIF

Third-party maintenance of the financial information system (SIF) of the Directorate General for Civil Aviation, based on the integrated management software SAP. The objective of this framework agreement is to ensure the operational readiness, sustainability, and functional and technical compliance of the SIF software solution, in order to guarantee the continuity of service, security, and performance of the existing system. The execution of the framework agreement is part of a transformation of the DGAC's financial information system, marked by the preparation for the migration by 2029 of the DGAC's financial information system to the CHORUS core (state budget and accounting application) which will be based on SAP S/4HANA.
