France – Architectural services for outdoor areas – MOE pour la requalification des entrées de ville Nord et Sud de Montélimar

This consultation concerns the design mission for the North and South town entrances operation in Montélimar (France - Drôme - 26), the programme for which is attached to the tender dossier. This design mission, classified under the functional domain "INFRASTRUCTURE", may include the following standard elements: - Preliminary Design (AVP), - Project Studies (PRO), - Assistance provided to the project owner for the award of the construction contract(s) (AMT), - Execution Studies (EXE), - Management of the award of public works contracts (DET), - Assistance provided to the project owner during reception operations (AOR), - Scheduling, Control and Coordination (OPC). According to the decree of 22 March 2019 specifying the technical modalities for the execution of design mission elements entrusted by public project owners to private providers. It may also include the following additional missions: - Public consultation mission - Operational communication mission - Water law dossier - Planning permit - Impact studies. The scope of the service will be specified at the time of the conclusion of each subsequent contract.
