The subject of the contract is the Insurance of Property and Other Interests of the Municipality of Wyszków. The subject of the contract has been divided into three parts:

Part I: Insurance of Property and Civil Liability of the Municipality of Wyszków. The scope of insurance covers: 1) insurance of property against all risks, 2) insurance of electronic equipment against all risks, 3) insurance of civil liability.

Part II: Insurance of Mechanical Vehicles of the Municipality of Wyszków. The scope of insurance covers: 1) compulsory insurance of civil liability of mechanical vehicle owners, 2) insurance of civil liability of mechanical vehicle owners for damages incurred in connection with the movement of vehicles on the territory of countries belonging to the Green Card System, and not being members of the European Union (so-called Green Card insurance), 3) insurance of vehicles against damage and loss (auto casco), 4) insurance of the consequences of accidents to drivers and passengers, 5) extended, paid assistance insurance, 6) mini assistance insurance (non-deductible insurance, if the contractor has such).

Part III: Insurance of the Consequences of Accidents to Members of the Volunteer Fire Department of the Municipality of Wyszków. The scope of insurance covers: 1) named insurance of members of the Volunteer Fire Department, 2) group, unnamed insurance of members of the Volunteer Fire Department.
