Description

The reason for the procurement procedure for structural design services is the planned new construction of a fire station in the municipality of Sexau. The municipal council has instructed the administration to prepare the new construction of the fire station as part of an architectural design competition. The architectural firm Ackermann + Renner Architekten GmbH from Berlin, together with arc+ GmbH from Freudenstadt, emerged as the winner from the procedure. The municipal council will commission the office with the further planning services of the building planning according to § 34 HOAI. For the further implementation of the construction measure on the basis of the existing competition or preliminary design planning, further planning services are now required. The subject of the tender is the award of the specialist planning services for structural design according to § 49 ff HOAI, performance phases 1 to 6 according to § 51 HOAI, special services: earthquake assessment, engineering inspection of the execution, constructive fire protection. A negotiated procedure will be conducted in accordance with the Act against Restraints of Competition (GWB) and § 17 VgV with a selection phase and an award phase. The usable area (NUF) of the building comprises approximately 1,300 m2. Cost estimate: New construction of fire station LG 300 + 400 total: approximately 4,422,735 EUR net - Cost share LG 300: approximately 3,268,401 EUR net - Cost share LG 400: approximately 1,154,334 EUR net.
