Increasing sustainable urban mobility and public transport efficiency in the Municipality of Piatra Neamț, through the modernisation of road and pedestrian infrastructure, the implementation of an integrated intelligent traffic management system and the arrangement of green and cycling infrastructure along the mobility corridor of Bd. General Nicolae Dăscălescu – Str. Dimitrie Leonida.

- Rehabilitation and modernisation of the road system of Bd. General Dăscălescu and the links in Str. Dimitrie Leonida, through the reconstruction of the foundation, road layers and asphalt paving, to ensure load-bearing capacity and operational durability.

- Modernisation of pavements and pedestrian accesses along the street, including adaptation for people with disabilities, to increase pedestrian safety and comfort.

- Implementation of road safety measures, through vertical and horizontal signalling works, protective parapets, markings and traffic equipment.

- Installation of street equipment and accessories necessary for the functionality and comfort of public space (urban furniture, delimiting elements, equipment related to public lighting).

- Landscaping of the green areas adjacent to the street, on a surface of approximately 3,489 m2, through ground preparation works, sowing with grass and planting of decorative trees and shrubs, for the visual integration of the investment and improvement of the quality of the urban environment.

- Works of intervention on the artworks: Pasaj peste strada Dimitrie Leonida, Pasaj peste CF Bacau – Bicaz, Pod peste CHE Bistrita.
