Germany – Architectural, engineering and planning services – Neugestaltung des Schrangen – Nichtoffener einphasiger freiraumplanerischer Realisierungswettbewerb mit hochbaulichem Anteil nach RPW 2013

Single-phase non-open design competition with architectural component, based on the "Guideline for Planning Competitions 2013" (RPW 2013) and the VgV 2016, with a preceding qualification procedure (participation competition) and a subsequent negotiation procedure (VgV) for the redesign of the Schrangen in the Hanseatic City of Lübeck. The competition is open to consortia of landscape architecture and architecture offices, with only evidence of the service spectrum of site planning according to § 38 ff. HOAI to be provided in the qualification procedure. However, the specialist planners for the service spectrum of building planning according to § 33 ff. HOAI must be named in the application. A maximum of 20 teams of landscape architects/architects with architects/architects is targeted. The competition is based on the RPW 2013 and the VgV 2016. The application and recognition of the RPW 2013 is binding for the awarding institution and the participants, as well as all other parties involved, unless this announcement explicitly deviates from it. The awarding institution, participants, and all parties involved in the procedure acknowledge the content of this announcement. The Competition and Award Committee of the Chamber of Architects and Engineers of the State of Schleswig-Holstein has advised on the preparation of this competition. The announcement was registered there under the number 1171-26. Following the competition, a VgV negotiation procedure without a participation competition will be conducted with all prize winners.
