The multipurpose hall in Mitterteich was constructed in 1983. The distinctive building is designed as a steel hall. The hall roof is constructed with trussed beams and flat roofs erected transversely with intervening troughs. The ancillary rooms around the hall are realised with flat roofs and bitumen waterproofing. The bituminous roof waterproofing is outdated. Due to the numerous facade penetrations, significant thermal bridges are visible. The building is to be renovated. Statically unnecessary projecting components of the roof and facade support structure are to be removed as far as possible. The entire hall areas are to be insulated and sealed.
