Finland – Construction work – Osallistumispyyntö: Siltamäen koulu ja päiväkoti, vuokrahanke

The subject of the procurement is the design and construction of a school and daycare centre to be leased in Siltamäki. The project will be implemented on a plot of land owned by the contracting authority at the address Siltakyläntie 9. The existing building on the plot will be demolished, and a new school and daycare centre will be built on the same property. The area of the property to be demolished is approximately 4000 m2, and the area of the replacement property is approximately 8800 m2. Based on the needs assessment, the school will have 650 places and the pre-primary education 42 places. The school will have classes 1–9. The use of the current building will end in the summer of 2027. It is intended that basic education will commence in the new building by the beginning of 2030. The contracting authority will lease the property for a 20-year lease agreement and make a separate 50-year lease agreement for the plot. The procurement procedure used is competitive negotiation, and the most economically advantageous tender will be the one with the best price-quality ratio. The contracting authority reserves the right to reduce the number of candidates based on selection criteria related to technical capability exceeding the minimum requirements, which are presented in Appendix 4 Reference Requirements.
