France – Engineering works and construction works – Travaux de réparation d'ouvrages d'art du territoire de Saint-Etienne Métropole

This framework agreement is used for all repair works on civil engineering structures within the territory of Saint-Etienne Métropole. This may involve significant works as well as minor maintenance tasks. This multi-beneficiary mixed framework agreement will be executed both through the award of subsequent contracts and the issuance of purchase orders in accordance with the terms of the tender. The framework agreement is not divided into lots, and purchase orders are allocated by geographical sectors. The procedures for awarding purchase orders and subsequent contracts are detailed in the tender dossier. The maximum is 8 000 000 euro(s) HT per year for all contractors. The services are paid for at unit prices, which are reviewable.
